I would like to thank…

Andi (of Norwich Designs), who is the technological and creative force behind this blog and puts up with my disjointed directions (ha). I can’t imagine what this site would look like without your amazing abilities.

Dave H, Mike W and many others at Big Shark Cycling who are true professionals, put together my new ride and diligently worked through the issues to make this happen.

The ladies and gentleman of Forest Park in St. Louis who groom, cultivate, clean, renovate, patrol and sweat to make it the gem of the city and a wonderful place to train.

Charles and Florence who taught me a love of country and a belief that the “impossible” is possible’

My son and daughter, Michael and Christie who exhibit courage on a daily basis. I love them and will miss them a lot!!!

Lisa, Matt and Dean who are watching out for the home front

Friends, family and colleagues for their encouragement, prayers and good will.

  2. Looking forward to your adventures, Chuck!

  3. Your trek is amazing. I just checked out your mileage calendar and elevation chart. Wow… is all I can say. Hang in there and enjoy the ride (as much as you can :).

    • Hi Donna,

Thanks for reading the Blog. Yes the miles do seem to come and go. A day or two a week is really tough but the other days are usually a lot of fun. I took a 2 hour np after getting in today and that seems to build the juices back up!

      Take care
      Chuck
