Darrell Thomas  is a very interesting guy – treats patients with MS and ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease). Very fast rider who has lost 50 pounds and wanted to not be back in the pack. Typically comes in first each day. Darrell can only take off 1 week each year so he is doing the ride in stages. We had lunch today and he told me that he was born on a farm.
